Having problems with gun holding a charge, and Diozo wants a video of it. Not sure how someone can video an item that doesn't hold a charge. Asked for a credit or refund and they still insist on a video. Unhappy that my customer that bought this is stuck with a dud of an item. We've sold many of these and this is the first major problem and we are feeling like we are not trusted or believed by seller. Asked for a credit or replacement to be sent they still ask for a video. It must be an automated reply from seller and not a real person.

Anfangs hat das Gerät sehr gut funktioniert und ich war auch trotz des starken Geruchs überrascht von der guten Massage- Leistung. Nach zwei Tagen jedoch verlor es die Leistung. Es fühlt sich an als würde etwas im Inneren durchrutschen. Leider ist der Verkäufer nicht auf das Problem eingegangen sondern hat behauptet dass das Gerät ja akkubetrieben sei und deshalb nicht mehr Kraft hat. Er hat einfach ignoriert das ich zwei Tage sehr zufrieden war. Auch AliExpress wollte nicht helfen und schrieb dass auf meinem Video nicht eindeutig zu erkennen ist dass es defekt ist. Auch hiervon bin ich sehr enttäuscht und werde mich in Zukunft auf Bestellungen beschränken die ein paar Euro nicht übersteigen und teure Dinge lieber wieder in Deutschland kaufen.
