Попробовала режим ЕМС с накладками + и - . Понравилось. Ток срабатывает и на следующий день прям крепотура. Пресс болит как после спорт зала. Ультразвук с инфракрасным тоже попробовала, но результат пока оценить не могу. Вообщем довольна!
